A detailed assessment of your benefit plan offerings with an eye toward value, competitiveness, compliance, best practices, and ease of administration.

Compliance Audit
The Benefits, FMLA, ADA compliance check includes a checklist of 12 typical problem areas and includes:

  • Through a review of files and processes we’ll assess potential risk or noncompliance, and identify potential process improvements
  • The final report includes steps for correcting any issues and minimizing risk; this audit can also includes a check of federal and local require notices to ensure that all documents are posted (electronically and/or onsite) as needed
